Research interest includes the development of surface plasmon based components particularly passive and active components, integrated plasmonics circuits, optoelectronic devices and silicon photonics. Optoelectronics, Semiconductors.

一：
The main research is design and fabricate different plasmonics components particularly:
1. Passive SPPs- based component
Designing numerous devices for SPPs propagation and light manipulation in subwavelength apertures. Especially unidirectional propagation, focusing,...
2. Active SPPs-based component
Finding new active materials to control light behavior in plasmonics circuits and chips.
The results are published in Opt Express、Opt Lett、Plasmonics journals.
二：
Co-author of one book, more than 10 SCI articles and one H-index paper, and more than 10 conference participations. Furthermore He is an active reviewer for many publications such as Optical Society of America, IOP, Springer, and Elsevier.
